Apple Valley Town Council Approves Reclaimed Water Facility

The Apple Valley Town Council Tuesday night voted to approve a Victor Valley Wastewater Reclamation Authority (VVWRA) facility that will provide one million gallons per day (MGD) of recycled water to irrigate the community’s parks, schools, and golf course.
